October Meeting

Hello Heart Families,
This month the Fresno and Visalia MLH groups will meet together!
We are planning on having a special day for all of you. Hope you can join us for food, fun and laughter. As a special treat, KICS Club from Rio Vista Middle School will be on hand to watch, play games and make wonderful crafts with the children. Also, Julie Jobinger Photography will be on hand to take pictures of our families. We will be able to use these photographs for promotional purposes and you will have a chance to take family pictures for those holiday memories. There have been a few changes to the MLH family, so come and join us to find out what they are. Costumes are not required but if you would like, please feel free to wear them. Hope to see you there!

July Meeting!

We will provide drinks; please bring a snack to share! Don't forget your towel and sunscreen! As always all family members are welcome and encouraged to come!

Fire Station Fun!

June Meeting

For our June meeting we will be doing a tour of Fire Station #1 in Tulare. this will be a great oportunity for our kiddos to interact with emergency personnel on a friendly basis and a chance for parents to ask questions they may have about how the fire department would respond to a medial call.

When: Saturday June 13th

Our first meeting!

Our first meeting was a great success! The moms all shared stories and the kids had a great time playing and getting to know other heart friends! We look forward to meeting monthly to educate ourselves on heart issues and go on fun field trips!

Meeting Time!

It's time for our first meeting!! We will be getting together to discuss the function of our group and see if anyone has any ideas they would like to share about what they would like to get out of our group. We will also be looking for a few parents to help out with small tasks that will help our group run smoothly! We need 10 families to officially charter our Visalia Mended Little Hearts and apply for our local non-profit status. So, if you think you might like to be a part of our group in any way please come and show your support at this first and very important charter meeting! We will have some cookies to decorate for the kids!
